Quality Management System
(QMS)
We do have a Quality Management System that manages and tracks all the works done in the firm. It starts from receiving the order, preparation of job orders, tracking of the job orders, preparation of invoices and delivery of materials at the end of work.
Scope of QMS
The Quality Management System of Al-Bitar factory meets the requirements of the international standard BS EN ISO 9001. This system addresses the planning, development, supplying, and servicing of products, it also covers all company delineates authorities, inter relationships, responsibilities, activities, policies, procedures, processes, guidelines and the resources to achieve & maintain quality of service in accordance with the quality policy of the Company.
This scope is defined to be “Manufacturing and providing all types of Glass Works, Aluminium Fabrication, Steel and Stainless Steel Cladding, Installation of Automatic Doors for Industrial and Home Applications”
